CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the item has shipped (You will receive an email when it has shipped), you can not cancel your order. You may return it once you have received it (Buyer pays return shipping) for a full refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Canada: 1-2 weeks, give or take

USA: 1-3 weeks, give or take (The closer you are to Ontario, the faster)

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, you can return the item for a full refund or purchase another item of the same value for free. You will have to send photo proof of the damaged product to verify.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Your order will ship in 1-3 business days from your purchase clearing.
